Title: Nugent meets ZZ-Top
Hi, nice that you spend some minutes here ;-)
Andreas

I also have a profil here at garageband.

Dream Theater - Score: Thats a great band, why did I discover it so late ? Regard the first 2 songs as "warmup", then starting with the 3rd song "Another won" and "Afterlife", "Under a glass moon", etc ... the band shows a brilliant performance. Amazingly how error free they play this complex stuff on stage. I recommend this to everybody. its simply great. And all these guys are really great musicians !
The Dave Weckl Band - Rhythm of the Soul ('97), R&B/Blues/Funk +++++: I'm very satisfied with this record. Jay Oliver (keyb) and Dave Weckl (dr) arranged nearly all songs very nice. The well known Buzz Feiten (you know his tuning system for guitars ?) , Frank Gambale (also guit) and others are playing very nice tunes.
On the 1st song you hear awesome guitar soli's, incredible scales/tunes, Have much fun listening. On the second song very nice breaks by Dave Weckl. On third song the bass man Tom Kennedy plays an acoustic bass, also nicely arranged. To the rest I...
Shania Twain - üP! Live in Chicago (2003), DVD - Country Rock fusion: Its for moms, dads, daughters, families, sons will definitively remember the yellow T-Shirt ;-)) Now to the musical qualities ...
You'll hear a splendido "Rock/Country Fusion" evening with a show that comes from heart and a band that surprises you on a wide range. You see posing action of violin players in kind of Robin Hood alike leather clothes .. The guitarist seems to earn a lot of money, he can effort a new guitar for every song ;-)) And I'm sure he was well equipped for some extra tracks ...
Steve Lukather & Los Lobotomys - "Ohne Filter" (1994), DVD - Great !: Steve became world famous with Toto. And that's another master piece. Recorded life in German TV show. Wait a little, after the 1st song the band shines ...
Can blindly recommend this to any rock music lover.
Chick Corea Elektric Band - Live at Montreaux (2004), DVD - Jazz Rock: Very good musicians indeed. But can be stressfull to listen to. But there is a trick, start with the last one, then you might forgive the band the complex harmonies at the beginning ;-)
If you are married, listening to it is a good chance having to sleep outside for a night :-P
