The project is created by a poetess and lyricist known both as A Beautiful Disaster and April (http://april-abd.bravehost.com/Homepage.htm) and a musician Maxim, famous for his own solo project WEX (http://wex.promodj.ru/) as well as launching the label "Atmosphere Records".

A casual announcement brought April and Maxim together, and living in the same district of the "northern city with headlights-eyes" (April described St. Petersburg with this metaphor in her poem Fate And Fortune") helped them promptly get started working on the project. Let's see what happens next!
