Dollar Bill and The Unmentionables has been recording slightly silly music since 1989. In 2010 we started making videos to stare at while the song plays. Genre: varies, sometimes within the same song even. Be sure to check out the video page, as many of the songs have super high-budget (i.e. $0) music videos
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Live appearances are rare due to insufficient arms to pull it all off, plus Bill has medical issues besides the obvious mental ones.
Your musical influences
Weird Al Yankovic, Frank Zappa, Mr. Bungle, Vivaldi, Devo, Bad News, and whatever catches my ear this week.
What equipment do you use?
Depending on the age of the song you're listening to, it could have been recorded on anything from a Tascam cassette 4-track, an ADAT or two, direct into my Triton, or a Korg D3200. More recently used an old computer to record, for that new-retro sound, but currently using a merely several year old computer for that almost modern sound.
Paired up a speaker and Thoroughly enjoyed your tunes today!
Great sounds. Quite enjoyable.
I was looking forward to this coming on the player and it didn't disappoint - your expert blend of the toothsome funk and wild synth madness is sublime - great fun and a brilliant tune.
Oh yeah right up my street this. Just bl**dy good. You're absolutely killing it here Morgan. Funky good times for sure.
So kewl Morgan!
Just what I like !!
