SOUTH MAGNETIC POLE
I guess you shouldn’t come to my mine field
A complicated task to undertake
I know you prop up yourself
Capturing the light from your place
I thougt you were nearby, near the movies
foretelling that new assigned area code
If it would be like the South Magnetic Pole
There’ll be no force holding you off
If I’d live at the South Magnetic Pole
I could attract your waning glow
I know how contradictions entice you
To love the cold that lets me warming you
I know you were raised alone
same like this planet newborn
the sun is gonna come over tomorrow
perhaps with a surprise drown in gold
If it would be like the South Magnetic Pole
There’ll be no force holding you off
If I’d live in the South Magnetic Pole
I could attract your fading glow
I know I shouldn’t go to your minefield
The compass points at the opposite way
If we would meet at the South Magnetic Pole
There will be a zealous overflow
If I could be like a South Magnetic Pole
There’ll be no minefield nevermore
